Most of the Stetson Drive strip is DJs, bottle service and not much else. Wasted Grain stacks three venues into one building — a gastropub with a real kitchen, a rare tree-shaded patio, and the upstairs Old Town Ski Lounge — and books national touring bands, which gives it more substance than the neighbors.
The burger has a local reputation for good reason. Eat downstairs, drift upstairs when the night turns, and skip the second rideshare.
When to go: an early weeknight dinner, while it’s still conversational. Big weekends and show nights call for booking a table ahead.
