This is not an omakase counter, and it has never pretended to be. Sushi Brokers has run at Scottsdale and Bell since 2000 on fresh fish, more than fifty oversized, generously sauced signature rolls and a happy hour that happens twice a day.

The Chimichanga Roll is the fan favorite, a name that tells you exactly what kind of night this is. Order it without apology.

When to go: happy hour runs 3:00 to 6:00 PM daily, with a late one from 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 PM on weekends. The bar fills for both.
