Chef Gio Osso took over the old Grazie building on Main Street in 2020, kept its seasoned Valoriani oven and opened a certified-Neapolitan pizzeria that became the arts district’s neighborhood pizza room. It’s the casual first act to his tasting-menu place, at a fraction of the bill.
The salsiccia bianca is the pie that shows off the oven. The sleeper is the wood-fired vegetable salads — order one per two people, and a Negroni while you’re at it.
When to go: weeknights at the bar. The patio is the good seat from October through May, and Thursdays go suddenly quiet once the galleries lock up.
