The inaugural Michelin Guide Southwest found one of its picks in East Thunderbird Square North, a strip mall off Scottsdale Road. That’s Hush Public House: chef Dom Ruggiero’s small room, open since 2019, turning pub-influenced cooking into something far more ambitious than the address suggests.
There is no greatest-hits menu. The chalkboard rotates with the market and the kitchen’s mood, and the rotation is the point. Order what’s written up there and trust the kitchen that earned the nod.
