A former Marine sold his air-cooled Porsches to open this minimalist coffee bar on 1st Avenue in 2016, and the curb has been a rolling car show ever since. Strip away the German metal, though, and it’s simply a serious espresso bar roasting its own beans.
Keep the order short and milk-light; the whole premise is that the coffee is built as carefully as the cars. Cold brew takes over from May through October.
When to go: the first Saturday of the month for the Porsche meet, any weekday morning for the coffee. The espresso is at its best before the line forms around 8:30 AM.
