The room
Porters Western Saloon · Saloon · Bar
A narrow, family-owned cocktail saloon that opened in June 2019 inside the 1929 brick building that was Scottsdale's first post office and, for decades after, Porter's Western Wear. The horse on the balcony stayed; the bar added flocked blue walls, a chandelier, a cocktail list named for the building's past and seasonal pop-ups that take over the old upstairs apartment.
Dress: A Western saloon in the old post office on Brown Avenue: boots welcome, nothing required.
