Old Town's working musicians' bar: owner Paul Mitchell's tavern started in 2006 as 'the biggest little stage in Old Town,' moved next door into a bigger building on the Civic Center mall, and still puts local rock and acoustic acts on stage every day for the price of a beer.
Dress: A $6 local beer and whoever is on the stage: none.
