The ski-lodge-themed bar upstairs at Wasted Grain on Stetson Drive, open Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. with an après-ski menu of fondue pots, Bavarian pretzels and charcuterie, and a promise that it is 'always winter in Old Town Scottsdale.'
Dress: Après-ski is the theme, not the dress code: sharp casual, no athletic wear on the weekend nights.
